we are looking for an experienced HSE officer to be part of our team. Responsibilities: 1. Specifically responsible for the certificate of HSE acquisition, daily management and qualification of the company\'s HSE management system. 2. Responsible for environmental protection, supervise all departments to discharge waste gas, waste water and noise according to the standards , disposing of hazardous wastes, contacting testing units to conduct environmental discharge inspection of the company, communicate and deal with the environmental law enforcement inspection of government departments on behalf of the company. 3. Responsible for consulting, assisting, supervising and inspecting production safety-related issues, supervising all departments to implement safety management requirements of the company, urging safety personnel to carry out company safety tour inspection and hidden danger rectification, investigate and deal with industrial accidents, communicate and deal with safety law enforcement inspection of government departments on behalf of the company. 4. In charge of employee health, supervise and inspect the implementation of individual labor protection wear in all departments, report to the manager and company leaders for non-conformity, cooperate with the department to carry out routine and occupational disease special physical examination of employees and meet the health law enforcement inspection of government departments, contact testing units to carry out occupational hazard factor inspection of the company if required. 5. Allocate and maintain firefighting equipment, organize training and practice. 6. Actively cooperate with admin. department to train and educate employees on environmental protection, occupational disease prevention and production safety. 7. Responsible for the preparation of the company\'s emergency plan and the implementation of the plan practice. Improve the company\'s emergency response ability and continuously improve the safety skills of employees. Coordinate the relationship with the industrial zone and other government departments. 8. Liaise with and coordinate the annual inspection of special equipment, supervise the training of special equipment operators training and certification on duty. 9. Organize pre-holiday, fire, monthly safety and hygiene special inspections, report the problems found to manager and urge to rectify. 10. Responsible for carrying out daily on-site safety inspection, stopping violations, and punishing according to regulations. 11. Responsible for tracking, rectification and verification of safety hazards found, and report major safety hazards to company leaders. 12. Responsible for checking the condition of firefighting equipment, replacing and updating the equipment, and organizing firefighting training and practice. 13. Responsible for the daily fire prevention inspection of workshop and operation site to eliminate fire hazards. 14. Responsible for on-site sanitation and environmental protection inspection, supervision and management of personal labor protection wear. 15. Responsible for three-level safety education and training for new or transferred employees. 16. Complete other tasks assigned by QHSE manager. Requirements\xef\xbc\x9a 1. Good health. 2. A bachelor\'s degree or above, good communication and coordination skills in English and Arabic. 3. Certificate is required. 4. More than 5 years of safety related work experience on site. 5. Good knowledge of UAE national HSE laws and regulations. 6. Good knowledge of ISO management system standard requirements of HSE. 7. Good communication, organization and coordination skills. 8.
