What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Ensures that the Hotel\'s food safety and management standard is implemented and maintained according to the established procedures, operational policies and controls.

\xc2\xb7 Formulates and maintains an updated procedural manual for the Hotel.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for achieving organizational standards in hygiene, cleanliness and safety in all F&B areas and Culinary.

\xc2\xb7 Train and raise awareness relating to food safety and good hygiene practice to all Heartists.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor all Food Hygiene policies and procedures in all the areas.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinates all sanitation and hygiene related meetings & activities of the hotel.

Job Responsibility

\xc2\xb7 Keeps the Quality Manager informed of all Health & Safety related matters.

\xc2\xb7 Liaises with Management personnel and all employees and assist with health and safety

\xc2\xb7 Liaises with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials

\xc2\xb7 Proper grooming at all times

\xc2\xb7 Attend training classes as per schedule

\xc2\xb7 Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments

\xc2\xb7 Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities

\xc2\xb7 Carries out inspections of workplaces and takes appropriate action to ensure compliance.

\xc2\xb7 Responds to and investigates concerns and complaints from workers/employers and takes

\xc2\xb7 appropriate action.

\xc2\xb7 Investigates accidents and injuries that occur in the workplace.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the establishment of, and monitors the performance of, workplace safety and health committees.

\xc2\xb7 May participate in the delivery of related educational programs and disseminates information to the public.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures all staff is thoroughly familiar with the Resort\xe2\x80\x99s emergency procedures and in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.

\xc2\xb7 \xc4\xb0n case of high hazard area identified, close the facility area/work and report to HOD, GM and Security.

\xc2\xb7 Reviews Duty Manager/Night Manager book daily and takes corrective action when it is concerned.

\xc2\xb7 Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility

\xc2\xb7 Keeps updating the emergency manual, with appropriate procedures and forms with the consultation of Quality Manager.

\xc2\xb7 To train existing employees and new comers on a regular basis with live fire drills.

\xc2\xb7 Conducts and executes skills/technical training within his/her area of responsibility on regular basis

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in hotel industry with good knowledge in HACCP/ ISO certification

\xc2\xb7 Food Safety qualification background

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on local food authority requirements

\xc2\xb7 Team player in inspection/ audits

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and computer skills

\xc2\xb7 Food safety level 4, ISO 22K internal auditor & EFST certified
