A US pipe fabrication company based in Abu Dhabi, the fastest-growing turn-key industrial pipe fabrication organization in the world is seeking to hire HSE Manager (Pipe & Fabrication).

As an HSE manager, you must have excellent attention to detail to identify hazards. You will also be able to discover opportunities for improving conditions and execute various safety programs. The ability to communicate guidelines to a multidisciplinary workforce is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assists, plans, and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

• Advises safety director on safety compliance concerns and preventative actions.

• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.

• Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.

• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.

• Monitor compliance with policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.

• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.

• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker\xe2\x80\x99s compensation claims.

• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures.

• Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics.

• Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ Years Experience as a Safety Manager.

• Qualification B. Tech Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

• NEBOSH / Level 6, ISO 45000 Lead Auditor, OSHAD.

• Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.

• Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies.

• Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.

• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.

• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
