Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and policies.

Ensure compliance with UAE statutory requirements and RTA safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.

Provide HSE training and awareness programs for site staff and workers.

Monitor and report safety performance indicators and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities regarding safety matters and approvals.

Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, inspections, and safety records.

Promote a positive HSE culture and ensure continuous improvement in safety practices.

Supervise and guide site HSE Officers and ensure adherence to project safety goals.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum

10-15 years of experience

in HSE management within

roads, bridges, or infrastructure projects

, including RTA projects in the UAE.

Must hold

NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certifications

(mandatory).

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, environmental regulations, and RTA safety requirements.

Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and large workforce safety programs.

Must be currently available in UAE for interview and immediate mobilization.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
