Job Description
We are hiring a highly qualified HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Manager to join our esteemed company, Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation, for our major projects located in Dubai Island. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in managing health, safety, and environmental systems within large-scale construction projects. Applicants should possess all relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, and other safety-related qualifications.
The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's safety policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and international safety standards. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, as well as leading toolbox talks and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture among the workforce. The candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to workplace safety.
Candidates with extensive experience in high-rise, infrastructure, or large construction projects in the UAE are highly preferred.
