We are seeking a qualified and experienced

HSE Manager

to lead and oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies across our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a

Bachelor's degree

and a

minimum of 10 years of HSE experience

, particularly in the UAE construction industry, with a proven ability to manage HSE teams and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's HSE policies and procedures Ensure compliance with UAE safety laws, regulations, and client-specific HSE requirements Lead HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all project sites Monitor and enforce safe work practices and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors Conduct HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented Coordinate with consultants, clients, and local authorities on HSE matters Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and certifications in line with company and legal standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

Minimum 10 years of HSE experience

, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects in the UAE Certified in NEBOSH IGC (mandatory); additional certifications like ISO 45001, OSHA, or Lead Auditor are a plus Proven leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of UAE HSE laws and international safety standards Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
