Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
HSE Manager
to lead health, safety, and environmental efforts across our construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and implement HSE management systems effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures across project sites. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with local laws and international safety standards. Lead safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Train and guide site teams on HSE practices and emergency response. Liaise with consultants, clients, and government bodies regarding HSE matters. Maintain HSE documentation and reports in line with ISO and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
7+ years of HSE experience in the
UAE construction industry
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.NEBOSH IGC
,IOSH
, or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory). Strong knowledge ofUAE HSE laws and standards
. Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.Job Type: Full-time
