Minimum 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a lead HSE position managing team of HSE professionals Skills and Competencies Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business. \xef\x83\xbc Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc. \xef\x83\xbc Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements. \xef\x83\xbc Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes. \xef\x83\xbc Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.) \xef\x83\xbc Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans. \xef\x83\xbc Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques. \xef\x83\xbc Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures. \xef\x83\xbc Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills. \xef\x83\xbc Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills. Minimum one of the following: \xc2\xa7 NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group) \xc2\xa7 Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion) Mandatory \xc2\xa7 Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent. \xc2\xa7 Incident Investigation technique.
