Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific HSE plans
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company HSE standards
Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses, and hazard identification
Lead site safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions
Provide HSE training and induction programs for employees and subcontractors
Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices on site
Coordinate with project management, engineers, and subcontractors on HSE matters
Maintain HSE records, statistics, and reports for management review
Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities and clients on HSE issues
