Our client, a multinational Oil & Gas company is looking to hire an
HSE Manager
who will be responsible for the company's compliance with regulations, protect the health of employees, and minimize environmental impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management or related field, preferably Western/European qualification
Minimum 12-15 years' experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, with at least 5 years' experience in a lead HSE position managing team of HSE professionals
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, CSP preferred
NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group)
Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)
Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.

Skills and Competencies
Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and
behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE
legislative requirements.
Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans.
Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills.
Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
