Hse Manager
Job Description
? Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
? Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
? Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
? Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
? Competency in SSOW (PTW/WMS/Risk Assessment etc)
? Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans
? Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
? Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
? Ability to read, speak & write English with good communication skills.
? Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
Work Experience
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and commissioning projects/ operation in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, with atleast 5 years of experience in a lead HSE position managing team of HSE professionals.
Professional / Technical Qualification
NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group)
Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discreation)
Mandatory
Lead auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent.
Incident investigation technique.
Additional HSE Trainings/ Certifications will be added advantage.
