Location: UAE \xe2\x80\x93 The first year will be in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (Design Office), and the second and third years will be on-site in Abu Dhabi.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week/10 hours per day.
Scope / Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
15-20 years relevant experience.
Minimum one of the following:
NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by The Group)
Any other HSE certifications (considered at the Group discretion)
Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
Incident Investigation technique.
Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage
Experience Details
Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans.
Ability to analyse incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills.
Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
