Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections and testing of lifting equipment (cranes, forklifts, industrial trucks, accessories), pressure vessels, and NDT. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry codes (BSEN LOLER, BS, ASME, ISO), and client specifications. Prepare and issue detailed inspection reports and certificates. Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure timely follow-up on non-conformities. Participate in risk assessments and safety evaluations related to lifting operations. Coordinate with Operations, HSE, and Maintenance teams regarding inspection schedules and findings. Identify and report defects or hazards, recommending corrective actions. Stay updated with industry standards and new inspection technologies. Conduct safety-related trainings (construction & industrial). Attend EIAC audits as required.
Requirements:
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum
2 years of experience
in inspection of lifting equipment & NDT.NDT Level 2 certification
is mandatory. Strong command ofEnglish & Hindi
(both mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and inspection reporting tools. Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals. Driving license (advantage). Any safety/training-related certification (plus).Job Type: Full-time
