Electromechanical Contractor based in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi are in need of:

HSE Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented

HSE Inspector

to join our team in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that all operations adhere to established guidelines.

Missions/Main Duties:

The candidate will report to the Safety Manager; but will have to work very closely with the supervision teams in general and the resident engineers in particular. Responsible for ensuring that safety systems, policies and procedures are in place, understood and followed. Works directly with site leadership to create an injury-free safety culture. Facilitates site safety meetings, training, risk management, injury investigations, required inspections, etc. Encourage involvement at all levels. Seeks out safety best practices and facilitates implementation. Acts as point person for formal audits and inspections. Facilitates activities needed to meet regulatory requirements as well as organizational expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, or any equivalent. Experienced Professional shall have a university degree or demonstrated experience in his field. Entry-level and willing to join immediately is required. Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent). NEBOSH IGC level 1 is mandatory and other HSE related Diploma certification. Abu Dhabi Public Health Center Practitioner Course. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, particularly in the UAE & ?Abu Dhabi.
