HSE Head - Infrastructure Location : UAE Industry : Infrastructure & Construction Full-time A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Head of HSE to lead and oversee health, safety, and environmental strategies across major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving a culture of safety excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating operational risks on high-value construction sites. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and systems across all infrastructure projects Lead site audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to UAE regulatory and international standards Coordinate with project and construction teams to promote safe work practices and proactive risk management Conduct regular HSE training and awareness programs for site personnel and subcontractors Qualifications & Requirements

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certifications required Minimum 12-15 years of HSE experience in large-scale infrastructure or civil construction projects in the GCC Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach and strong communication abilities Skills

Developing a suitable H&S policy and objectives Conducting thorough H&S risk assessments across the entire organisation Implementing effective control measures to reduce hazards and risks Communicating and involving the workforce in H&S Achieving H&S legal compliance Calculating and motivating for the correct H&S annual budget Looking after the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
