Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the HSE management system across all project sites. Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and hazard identification for power project operations. Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, electrical safety standards, and power project safety guidelines. Conduct site inspections, internal audits, and toolbox talks regularly. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Provide HSE training and safety awareness programs for site personnel, subcontractors, and technicians. Ensure proper use of PPE, emergency procedures, and safety protocols at all times. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in power plants, substations, transmission lines, or utility projects. Valid NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory). Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local HSE regulations. Strong understanding of electrical hazards, permit-to-work systems, and power project safety protocols. Excellent communication, reporting, and investigation skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
