Job Summary:

We are currently hiring an experienced and dedicated

HSE Engineer / Safety Officer

for our contracting projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance on construction and engineering sites. If you are passionate about creating safe workplaces and have prior experience in the UAE, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Enforce compliance with

OSHA

, local codes, and industry safety standards Develop and implement

project-specific safety plans

and conduct

risk assessments

Conduct

safety training sessions

, toolbox talks, and emergency drills Perform

site inspections

, safety audits, and identify non-compliance issues Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; provide root cause analysis and preventive action plans Promote a

strong culture of safety awareness

across all project teams Maintain and manage all

safety-related documentation

, including reports, training records, and inspection logs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Occupational Health & Safety

,

Engineering

, or a related field

Certifications preferred:

NEBOSH, OSHA, CSP, or equivalent

Prior experience in HSE roles

within

construction or engineering projects

in the UAE Strong knowledge of

OSHA, ANSI, NFPA

, and other applicable safety regulations Excellent

communication

, reporting, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and relevant

safety management software

Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with confidence
