to join our Group of Companies. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices across project sites to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain
HSE Plans
for projects in line with legal and company requirements
Prepare and manage
HSE documentation
, including reports, records, permits, and registers
Lead
incident and accident investigations
, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Ensure effective
emergency response planning
, drills, and preparedness at project sites
Update and implement
HSE policies, procedures, and manuals
as per regulatory and organizational changes
Conduct regular
site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Monitor compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture
Provide HSE training and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure safe work practices
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Civil Engineering
Additional certification in
HSE / NEBOSH / IOSH
or equivalent is preferred
Proven experience in HSE roles within construction or civil projects
Strong knowledge of
HSE documentation, incident management, and emergency response systems
Familiarity with local and international HSE standards and regulations
Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
