Job Summary
Falcon Group of Companies is hiring an experienced
HSE Engineer
with a strong civil engineering background to oversee and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across construction projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies in compliance with UAE laws and project requirements. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Prepare and review Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Ensure compliance with NEBOSH standards, client requirements, and company HSE procedures. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions. Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices on site. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain HSE standards. Maintain HSE documentation and reports for audits and authorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
.NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)
. Minimum5 years of HSE experience
in construction/civil projects. Strong knowledge ofUAE HSE regulations
and best practices. Experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 is an advantage. Good communication and reporting skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
