Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard analysis, and prepare mitigation plans.
Monitor HSE compliance on site and in operations.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and management dashboards.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities for safety compliance.
Ensure implementation of PPE, safety systems, and environmental protection measures.
Requirements
NEBOSH Certificate (Mandatory)
B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction/industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
