JOB TITLE:

HSE ENGINEER

LOCATION:

Dubai, UAE

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

HSE Experience in Dubai Airport Projects (Mandatory)

JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety and Environment procedures, standards, and regulations at project sites, in line with company policies and Dubai Airport HSE requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement and maintain the company's HSE Management System as per project requirements and local regulations. Ensure compliance with Dubai Airport HSE rules, permit-to-work system, and safety protocols. Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions. Organize and conduct safety toolbox talks, safety induction training, and awareness sessions for workers and subcontractors. Monitor work activities to ensure safe working practices and proper use of PPE. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and ensure preventive measures are implemented. Coordinate with Project Manager, Consultants, Client HSE Team, and Subcontractors regarding safety compliance. Maintain HSE documentation and ensure all records are updated for audits and inspections. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports as required by the management and client. Stop any unsafe work activities that pose risk to personnel or property.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).

Minimum 2 Years of Experience Working in Dubai Airport Projects (Mandatory Requirement).

Knowledge of local and international HSE standards & legal regulations. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
