Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor the company's HSE policies and procedures at the site. Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or relevant authority standards). Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks for all site personnel and subcontractors. Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, trainings, permits, and incident reports. Ensure all fit-out works (MEP, carpentry, painting, etc.) are carried out safely and with proper use of PPE. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure their compliance with HSE requirements. Participate in safety meetings and audits. Support the Project Manager in implementing emergency preparedness plans and evacuation procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Occupational Health & Safety. NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification is

mandatory

. Minimum

3-5 years of HSE experience

in

fit-out or interior construction projects

. Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and site safety practices. Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
