Job Description
We are looking for an HSE Engineer to uphold and enhance our health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment while supporting operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs across project sites. Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance. Recommend and track corrective and preventive actions. Lead HSE training for staff and subcontractors to promote safety awareness. Investigate incidents and near-misses, and report with root cause analysis. Demonstrated experience in risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations. Coordinate with project teams to integrate HSE requirements into operations. Monitor and report HSE performance metrics to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(Electrical, Civil, or related disciplines)
is preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in theinfrastructure, civil, or power
industries. Valid HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent (mandatory). UAE Driving License (Required).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
Nebosh Certification (Required) * UAE Driving Lisence (Required)
