We are seeking a qualified and experienced

HSE Engineer

to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects at

Dubai Airport

. The candidate must have strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance requirements specific to the aviation/airport industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs on site. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects (DAEP), and other regulatory authorities. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Prepare HSE reports, method statements, and risk assessments for submission to authorities and clients. Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs to staff and subcontractors. Investigate incidents/accidents and provide corrective and preventive action plans. Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and contractors to ensure HSE requirements are met. Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Equivalent).

5-7 years of proven HSE engineering experience, specifically in Dubai Airport projects.

NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA Certification (mandatory). Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, DAEP, and Dubai Aviation safety requirements. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to lead and influence teams on HSE compliance.

Preferred:

Candidates with DAEP/airport authority approvals. Previous experience with large-scale airport construction, fit-out, or MEP projects.
