Job Description
Responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards on villa construction projects. Ensures compliance with local regulations, including Trakhees, and promotes a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain HSE policies across villa construction sites Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits Ensure compliance with Trakhees, EHS, and UAE safety regulations Prepare and submit HSE plans and reports as per authority requirements Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions Coordinate with site teams to ensure safety practices are followed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Related Field) NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in villa/residential projects Familiar with Trakhees approvals and documentation Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and practices Excellent communication and reporting skills
