Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments, and safe operating procedures in alignment with local and international standards, including emergency preparedness and heat stress management.
Support site and workshop teams by enforcing safety protocols, conducting audits and awareness training, managing PPE and safety consumables, and maintaining safety documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities, ensure compliance with Phoenix-specific HSE requirements, and manage ISO (QMS, EMS, IMS) certifications and internal audits.
Develop training plans and matrices, lead HSE training programs, and promote a safety culture rooted in compliance, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Maintain HSE logs and reports, assist in project-specific risk assessments and JSAs, conduct NCR audits, and lead management review meetings to ensure ongoing HSE performance and communication.
