Job Description
We are hiring an experienced
HSE Engineer
to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental practices on construction sites in compliance with UAE regulations. The candidate must hold an engineering degree/diploma and NEBOSH certification, with proven experience in managing site safety and ensuring a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans on site. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and safety inductions. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE legal requirements. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and local authorities on HSE matters. Maintain proper documentation and ensure readiness for inspections. Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness among workers and staff.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the UAE construction industry. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations . Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills.
