Hse Engineer

Job Description
To ensure that health, safety, and environmental standards are effectively implemented, monitored, and maintained in compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and international best practices within construction and building contracting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies in line with UAE regulations and international standards. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. Report and investigate incidents; ensure corrective actions are taken. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper PPE use on site. Liaise with local authorities for inspections and permits. Maintain HSE documentation and support project safety goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical or related). 4-6 years of HSE experience in UAE construction/building contracting. NEBOSH IGC (mandatory); other safety certifications preferred. Knowledge of UAE HSE laws and site safety standards. Strong communication and reporting skills.
