Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
Participate in planning and execution of maintenance projects with a focus on quality and safety.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
Provide training and awareness sessions for staff on safety practices and emergency preparedness.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure safe project execution.
Prepare and maintain reports related to safety performance and quality control.
Assist management in driving continuous improvement in HSE and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
(any discipline).
Minimum of
7 years of relevant maintenance management experience
in a compatible facility.
Proven experience in
Planning and Quality Control
of maintenance projects.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in report writing, audits, and use of safety management systems.
Experience in GCC region, particularly in facilities management.
HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) etc.
