Hse Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce ADNOC's HSE policies, procedures, and standards at project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC's Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and other safety protocols.
Deliver HSE inductions and training sessions for site personnel.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records as per ADNOC requirements.
Coordinate with ADNOC HSE representatives and project teams to ensure alignment with safety objectives.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.
Support emergency response planning and drills.
Promote a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Certification in NEBOSH is mandatory, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications (MOFA Attested). Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the ADNOC projects preferably in telecommunications industry.
