Job Description

7+ years experience, spearheading TRANSCO/ INFRASTRUCTURE projects AND familiar with TAQA Transmission HSE standards.

Must have completed bachelor degree in related field

Must have HSE Officer Approvals (TAQA / Others)

NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification

Must have undergone First Aid Training, Fire Fighting Training, HSE Training

Proven track record in implementing HSE systems on EPC utility projects

Strong knowledge of risk assessments, method statements, HAZID, HAZOP, and Job Safety Analysis

Familiarity with construction hazards related to excavation, lifting, working at height, confined space, and electrical works

Knowledge of emergency response planning, incident investigation, and reporting

Implement and enforce the HSE policies, plans, programs, rules, and regulations of TAQA

Conduct HSE induction training, detailed risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety inductions

Maintain HSE record, safety inspection report, training documentation and compliance certifications

Lead investigations for accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions

Prepare and submit daily and monthly HSE performance reports
