QUALIFICATION:

Minimum 10 years of experience in marine works and marine facilities construction. Holder of a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. Knowledge and experience in preparing environmental plans and reports, in line with the requirements of the Environmental Authority and sustainability standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), Project EHS Plan, EHS Policy, Operational Control Procedures and other EHS Documents. Implement and monitor the EHSMS performance of the company. Conduct EHS Internal Audits and Inspections. Reviewing Method Statement (MS) and preparing Task Risk Assessment (TRA). Knowledge and experience in preparing environmental plans and reports, in line with the requirements of the Environmental Authority and sustainability standards. Conduct near miss, incident and accident investigation. Proficient in Windows Offices such as Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point Presentation. Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment. Possess strong sense of leadership and management skills. Able to manage and lead HSE team Knowledge in Al Dar OSH requirements. Plan, Lead, and participate in job site safety meetings. Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs, and action plans related to OHS and Environment. Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions.
