Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

HSE Engineer

to join our offshore project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE legislation, EPC project practices, and construction safety, with proven leadership abilities to manage multicultural teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, standards, and project requirements. Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and implement control measures. Monitor and enforce construction safety practices (scaffolding, excavation, lifting, confined space, hot works). Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote safety culture. Investigate incidents and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to maintain safe project operations. Support project HSE planning, audits, and reporting as per client requirements. Offshore project experience in GCC or other locations is preferred. Experience with ADNOC Group projects will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences (preferred). Professional certifications such as

NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor

. 7-12 years of HSE experience, including at least 5 years in EPC projects (oil & gas, power, infrastructure, petrochemical). Strong knowledge of construction safety, hazard identification, and risk management. Proven experience working in multicultural, multi-contractor environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
