Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to local UAE health and safety regulations, including DM, OSHAD, and MOL standards. Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures at all operational sites (warehouses, moving sites, transportation yards). Develop and deliver toolbox talks, safety induction sessions, and ongoing HSE training for operational staff (drivers, movers, warehouse personnel). Promote safety culture across all departments. Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices. Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to monitor safety performance. Maintain safety-related documentation and ensure readiness for external audits. Ensure proper use of PPE and that all handling/lifting equipment is certified and used correctly. Supervise vehicle inspection processes to ensure transport safety. Monitor waste management and ensure environmentally friendly practices are in place. Identify and mitigate any potential environmental risks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial preferred) or equivalent. NEBOSH IGC Certification (required). ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 knowledge (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience, preferably in logistics, moving, transportation, or related field. Working knowledge of UAE HSE regulations. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
