Job Description
Our client aimed in marine and shipping industry is seeking an experienced HSE Driver Trainer to assist group HSEQ & sustainability manager to establish and conduct the HSEQ Induction, On-board Training, Job \xe2\x80\x8bbased, and customer required trainings to the drivers, helpers, workshop, road transport and warehousing business. Job Location : Fujairah Responsibilities :
- Establish and develop the annual training plan and implement the training plan to the given scope of facilities and drivers.
- Establish and develop the annual training plan to the helpers, warehousing, workshop, and yard workers and implement the same.
- Conduct the training as per plan and perform pre-& post training evaluations.
- Review and update the training content / module as and when required. Wherever required, training module shall be developed as per the directions of Group HSEQ & Sustainability Manager.
- Provide counselling/remedial training to the drivers and other work force for the reported violations and incidents.
- Conduct the on-road spot checks and in cab assessment as per the monthly KPI assigned by the manager who reporting to.
- Conduct the refresher trainings to the drivers and other workforce after coming from the vacation and rehabilitation program after the incident.
- Support the respective facility HSEQ Officer for the training arrangements and extended the further support during the external audits.
- Support the local HSEQ team in arranging the campaigns like Quarterly Safety Meetings, Global Safety Day, World Environment Day, World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims, Emergency Response Drills at facility and camp and other HSEQ campaigns.
- Cascade the ESG campaigns to the drivers and workers and support the ESG team during the ESG campaigns.
- Wherever required and informed by the Group HSEQ & Sustainability Manager and / or his delegate, shall carry out necessary site inspections, route hazard mapping and investigating the incidents in the positive blame free environment.
- Support and supervise the JMP team during the installation of IVMS and Camera systems and monitor the driver performance to map driver\xe2\x80\x99s driving skills and identify the training needs.
- Degree/Diploma In Engineering or Equivalent Academic Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of overall driver/HSE training experience.
- NEBOSH IGC / Equivalent Professional Qualification.
- Must have minimum 3 years Heavy duty/light duty driving experience.
- Skillset in Training & Development, Communication and Competence in Road Transport and Warehousing.
- Must be proficient in English & Hindi/Urdu.
- Skillset in Computer Applications and Microsoft Office Packages.
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- HSE Driver Trainer: 2 years (Required)

- UAE Driving License (Required)
