Maintain and update HSE documentation including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and audit reports.
Manage controlled documents and records in accordance with project requirements and ADNOC/ISO standards.
Ensure proper numbering, labelling, and filing of documents (hard and electronic copies).
Control document revision history, distribution, and retention periods.
Compliance & Audits:
Assist HSE team in preparing for internal and external audits.
Ensure document control practices comply with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ADNOC HSE guidelines.
Coordinate with quality/HSE auditors to retrieve and review necessary documents.
Coordination & Support:
Work closely with HSE Engineers, Safety Officers, and Project Managers to ensure accurate documentation.
Support incident reporting, investigation documents, and safety meeting records.
Distribute HSE materials such as safety alerts, toolbox talks, and training records.
Systems & Tools:
Utilize Document Control Systems (e.g., ACONEX, SharePoint, EDMS) for filing and tracking.
Regularly update document control logs and maintain data accuracy.
