Our client, a large manufacturing company is looking for HSE Coordinator to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Maintain and ensure the continuous improvement of the company\xe2\x80\x99s Integrated Management System (IMS)

• Coordinate and support the QA&HSE , Security and CCTV Team; organize meetings and communicate the team members\xe2\x80\x99 responsibilities.

• Preparation of quality reports for quality meetings, management and customer reviews as required

• Periodically report to the Section Head on the status and improvement of the IMS

• Ensure continued ISO Certifications for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Safety)

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory requirements (e.g. Health and Safety Legislation)

• Organize and assist in the preparation of the company for the ISO Certifications\xe2\x80\x99 External Audits

• Establish and manage the Internal Audit program and process as well as undertake audits to monitor compliance to applicable standards, policies and procedures of the organization

• Coordinate with the certification body for effective scheduling and conducting certification and surveillance audits.

• Coordinate with the various departments of the company regarding the IMS

• Identify and deliver relevant IMS training.

• Assist in drawing up strategies and action plans to attain objectives and effectively implement the formulated corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain and control records and documents of the Management Systems

• Other related responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field.

• With strong communication skills; Tagalog speaker is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in this position.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.

• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
