General Purpose of Role



Support the administration of the offshore project Health, Safety and Environmental regulations as well as project Worker Welfare requirements.
Assist with preparing, maintaining, and updating project daily, weekly and monthly reports that include contractor metrics.
Facilitates the project contractor mobilisation and pre mobilisation processes including inductions
Takes the lead role for the project worker welfare requirement compliance activities.
Undertakes any HSE support activities as assigned by the Project HSE manager.
Reports to the Project HSE manager.

Additional desirable skills and experience



Knowledge of United Arab Emirates labour laws and ADNOC welfare requirements.
Experience in assessing and reporting on project Worker Welfare compliance requirements.
Experience in reviewing/assessing contractor camps and facilities to determine HSE and Worker welfare requirement compliance.
Experience in supporting and delivering offshore projects HSE requirements.
Experience working within ADNOC EPC/M project environments.
TBosiet and any offshore HSE training qualifications highly regarded


Typical Qualifications



Bachelor Degree in Engineering in related field or applicable discipline.



Decision Making



Under general supervision, work may be varied and somewhat difficult but limited in scope..



Supervision Received



Works under supervision and technical guidance with regular weekly interaction with supervisor and/or manager. Broad duties assigned weekly to monthly. Work is reviewed for accuracy, adequacy, and conformance with prescribed procedures.



Communication



Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts, developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.



Systems, Processes & Tools



Intermediate understanding of systems, processes and tools specifically related to field. Has proficiency in using Microsoft products for basic report writing and data management.
