We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

HSE Analyst

who is available to join

. The ideal candidate must have a

This role is crucial to supporting our Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) department by leveraging data to enhance safety protocols and compliance, particularly within

seaport, maritime, or logistics environments

.

Key Responsibilities:



Investigate HSE incidents, conduct

root cause analysis

, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Collect, analyze, and interpret HSE data

to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present

detailed reports

on HSE performance, compliance metrics, and incident investigations to the HSSE team. Support ongoing compliance with

local, national, and international HSE regulations

, including ISPS Code, MARPOL, IMDG Code, and other maritime safety standards. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in

HSE management software

and maintain records of inspections, audits, and training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. Assist in the development of risk assessments, emergency response plans, and HSE documentation. Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of

HSE KPIs

and action plans based on data insights.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree

in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications:

NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA

, and

IMDG Code

training are mandatory. Minimum

5 to 7 years of experience

in HSE roles, with a focus on

data analysis, reporting, and compliance

. Proven experience working in

seaport, maritime, or logistics sectors

is highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of

HSE laws and international standards

, including ISPS, MARPOL, and IMDG. Skilled in using

HSE management systems, data analysis tools

, and the full

Microsoft Office Suite

(especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Must have a

valid Qatar ID (QID)

and

transferable NOC

. Must be

available to join immediately

.
