We are Hiring!
HSE ADMIN
:
The candidate must have strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment practices in line with QCS, Ashghal, and international standards. The role involves conducting site inspections, ensuring permit-to-work compliance, preparing HSE reports, maintaining documentation, coordinating training, and implementing safe work systems of work. The candidate should also possess sound knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation, as well as a valid driving license to support site mobility.

Proven experience inconducting site inspections
and ensuringpermit-to-work

Experience incoordinating safety training

Proficiency inMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
for reporting and documentation Possession of avalid driving license
to support site mobilityQualification :
Bachelor's degree
orDiploma
inEngineering
,Science
,Business Administration
, or a related fieldNEBOSH IGC & OHS by IOSH
or equivalentHSE certification
(mandatory) AdditionalHSE or ISO management system training
(e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is an advantage Minimum4-5 years of experience
inHSE administration
orsafety documentation roles
, preferably withAshghal or infrastructure projects
Familiarity withQCS
,Ashghal safety regulations
, andpermit-to-work systems
Excellentcommunication and coordination skills
with proficiency inMS Office
