I. HR Responsibilities
These involve managing employee relations, policies, and general HR functions:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts as per UAE Labour Law.
Handle onboarding procedures including orientation and documentation.
2. Employee Relations
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law regarding working hours, leaves, and disciplinary actions.
Address employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
Conduct exit interviews and offboarding formalities.
3. Payroll & Compensation
Coordinate payroll processing and WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance.
Maintain records of employee salaries, benefits, and allowances.
Manage end-of-service benefits (gratuity calculation).
4. Leave & Attendance Management
Track employee attendance, sick leaves, annual leaves, and other absences.
Ensure timely approval and record-keeping.
5. Performance Management
Support performance appraisals and KPIs.
Maintain records of performance evaluations.
6. Policy Implementation
Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with local laws.
Conduct training sessions for HR procedures and policies.
II. PRO Responsibilities (Government Liaison)

1. Visa Processing
Apply for new employment, residence, and dependent visas.
Handle visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
Liaise with GDRFA, immigration, and free zone authorities as required.
2. Labour Card & Emirates ID
Apply for and renew Labour Cards and Emirates IDs.
Schedule and accompany employees for medical fitness tests and biometrics.
3. Trade License & Establishment Card
Handle trade license renewals and amendments with DED or free zone authorities.
Apply for and renew establishment cards.
4. Government Portal Management
Manage company profiles on platforms like MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, and DubaiNow.
Submit applications and track statuses through online portals.
5. Legal Documentation
Prepare and submit required legal documents for government approvals.
Draft NOCs (No Objection Certificates), letters, and attestations.
6. Company Vehicle and Municipality Affairs
Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, and traffic fines.
Handle utility and tenancy contract submissions with the municipality.
7. Representation
Represent the company during government inspections, audits, and inquiries.
Attend hearings or follow-ups with ministries when necessary.
