Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
Liaise with government authorities (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality) for all PRO-related tasks
Handle company license renewals, establishment card renewals, and other government documentation
Coordinate with external legal and governmental agencies for various company matters
Maintain and update employee database and HR files
Support in drafting HR letters, NOCs, and other official correspondence
Assist with audits and prepare reports related to HR and PRO functions
Monitor expiration dates of legal documents and ensure timely renewals
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience
, preferably in the UAE
Fluent in Arabic and English
