You will work closely with the operations teams; providing pragmatic, commercial and employee-focused advice while supporting a client group of operations and area managers as well as several support functions. Key job responsibilities As a HR Business Partner, you will enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions across all levels on a daily basis. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on national HR projects. Role Responsibilities Collaborate with management for labour planning, partner with recruitment team in hiring, on boarding, training initiatives and internal mobility Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analysing exit interview , observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards Partner with managers on performance management and talent development and provide insights into impact on comp & ben Partners with DSMs, Area Manager, shift Managers and Supervisors on region/site/ HR related topics Maintain site policy and services and manage policy change roll-out to ensure business adoption and/or understanding of changes Support rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management in regards to local employment law and legislation changes Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the stake holders in conducting necessary investigations. Partner with the HR team to develop and implement communications plans Manage and deploy small to medium scale HR projects and change initiatives Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, plan and Own engagement activities for peak and throughout year; lead, create or support activities committees in certain locations as needed. Ensure data integrity in HR systems. Ensure effectiveness of launched initiatives and coaches\' managers throughout implementation o Tracks daily VOA boards and advises on standard HR responses o Conducts HR Gemba go see and proposes general country as well as site specific interventions o Kicks off R&R monthly cycle and partners with Managers on selection Encourage the behavior of self-service for employees, partners with HR Services/ERC/HRC organization to drive a self-service culture
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
UAE Nationals with family book Bachelor\'s degree preferably in an HR related field Experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems Fluent command of English, in both written and verbal form Ability to use analytical and experiential data for decision making
