Nestlé Morocco El Jadida Factory Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY Based in El Jadida Factory, you will be responsible for the people agenda within the factory and for the creation and implementation of a people plan aligned with the Business.

A DAY IN THE LIFE ...

Execute the People Plan strategy of the factory ranging from selection to retirement.

Embed the values and culture of the organization.

Manage the local HR services team whilst ensuring excellence in execution and full alignment with the market local HR services team.

Work as part of cross functional / NiM CoCs adhering to the governance structures. Share insight and understanding with NiM CoCs relating to factory requirements.

Contribute to the organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies and support leaders to deliver team organizational development and capability needs.

Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development including career development and sound succession planning.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL...

Significant professional experience in a HR Business Partner Role in an operational environment.

Experience of working in employee/labor relations.

Experience in Leading people and managing projects.

Successful experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit.

Demonstrated ability to develop a culture of trust, cooperation and continuous improvement.

Fluent in English.
