Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support both our human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Handle employee relations, leave management, and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations. Coordinate with insurance providers, government offices, and other external parties. Prepare HR reports, contracts, memos, and other official documentation. Oversee office administration including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination. Support management with day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR and administration (minimum 3 -4 years preferred). Strong knowledge of HR policies, UAE labor law, and administrative best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Must be available to join immediately.


Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

* HR: 1 year (Preferred)
