Job Description

We are seeking a proactive

Part-Time HR / Admin Executive (preferably with own visa)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR and administrative functions, support recruitment and employee engagement activities, and manage event inquiries efficiently. Candidates with prior experience in the F&B or related service field will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Support attendance and HR documentation. Help coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and engagement activities. Oversee office operations and general administrative tasks. Manage documentation, filing systems, and supplier/vendor communications. Support management in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence. Handle event-related inquiries and client communications professionally.

Requirements:



Experience in HR/Admin, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector and/or any field. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic HR/admin systems. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Preferably on own visa (spouse/freelance).
