? Handling company payroll

? Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

? Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

? Coordinate HR meetings, interviews, and training sessions

? Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support

? Organize and maintain HR files and documentation

? Knowledge of medical insurance (inception, addition, deletion, and claims), workers' compensation, vehicle registration, and Salik.

? Assisting the manager on the hiring process, onboarding, and off boarding of employees.

? Drafting memos and letters.

Requirements



? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

? Proven experience in an HR or administrative role

? Required Advanced Excel skills

? Strong organizational and time-management skills

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

? Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
