The HR & Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as a key enabler the company growth by overseeing all aspects of talent planning, recruitment, and organizational development. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on ensuring every new hire aligns with financial projections, business needs, and cultural values. The role involves direct collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and departmental heads to build a lean, high-performance team across the group and its subsidiaries.
Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute a recruitment plan aligned with the company's phased growth and budget forecasts.
Coordinate closely with the CFO to ensure all hires are financially sustainable.
Partner with the CEO and department heads to prioritize hiring based on revenue-generating functions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Workforce Planning & Organizational Development
Maintain a live hiring roadmap with timelines, cost projections, and approval checkpoints.
Lead manpower planning in alignment with business plans and JV structures.
Build clear org charts, job descriptions, and succession plans for Serdal and subsidiaries.
HR Policy & Culture Implementation
Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to Serdal's unique business model.
Establish clear probation, performance review, and salary evaluation processes.
Promote a strong, accountable, and respectful workplace culture.
Compensation, Benefits & Budget Control
Benchmark salaries against Abu Dhabi market standards to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
Advise the CFO on compensation strategy and staff cost optimization.
Track and forecast headcount costs across departments.
Onboarding, Retention & Offboarding
Design efficient onboarding programs to integrate new hires quickly and effectively.
Monitor employee engagement, performance, and retention risks.
Conduct structured exit interviews and analyze attrition insights.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-HR role.
Proven experience in scaling HR in a holding company or multi-entity structure.
Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa processes, and compliance.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
