We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to provide assistance with various projects within Boskalis. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR Project Support tasks.
The focus of this project support role is to assists in delivering HR (logistics) services related to different projects within Boskalis. This includes supporting onboarding procedures, crew changes, local logistics including visa arrangements, transportation and accommodation; implementing and maintaining HR Data System, implementing and maintaining Project Training Matrix/Registers.
Your responsibilities as an HR Project support officer

• Manage onboarding for all project-related personnel (staff, vessel crew, 3rd party laborers, and visitors) and coordinate with labor suppliers for recruitment.
• Oversee daily/weekly vessel crew changes and coordinate leave planning with Department Heads.
• Handle all local logistics, including visas, flights, transportation, and accommodation.
• Maintain accurate HR data systems, covering travel movements, leave schedules, time sheets, and personal records.
• Implement and monitor project training matrices and registers, and prepare regular manpower and travel reports.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as HR Support Officer if you have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the offshore or maritime industry, or a strong willingness to learn, with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with openness to flexible working hours.
• Effective team collaboration and communication abilities.
• Demonstrates professionalism and can handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Your team: You will be part of HR Support team in Abu Dhabi.
• Full/part-time job: The position of HR Support Officer is a full-time job.
