Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare and maintain employee records and HR-related documents.
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Handle employee queries and provide HR support across departments.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
